Bui Coffee Supply’s farm is located over 1,000m above sea level, and their coffee grows on mineral-rich volcanic soil, where their Robusta plant is able to grow slowly, allowing it to absorb nutrients from the soil, the land, and other plants growing nearby to produce some of the highest quality Robusta beans in the world, reaching Top 14 in the world back in 2024, and more recently, winning “Most Favorite Robusta” at the “Amazing Cup competition” back-to-back in 2025 and this year.
These coffee cherries were fermented with salt, ginger, and pepper in a sealed, oxygen-limited environment before drying, contributing to a coconut creamy mouthfeel, salted chocolate taste, and malty finish when brewed.
