This coffee comes from Lâm Đồng province in the Central Highlands region of Vietnam. The rich basalt volcanic mountain soil coupled with its higher elevation in the highlands make this region ideal for Arabica cultivation in Vietnam.

The export partners involved in sourcing these beans work with Sustainable Management Services of Vietnam, an organization established in 2010 to provide training, certifications, and to introduce sustainable practices to the rural communities growing coffee in the region.

We've roasted this coffee medium-light and can be enjoyed as a pour-over or via french press. In the cup is tea-like aromas, with citrusy acidity and an overall juicy mouthfeel - we hope you enjoy!
