This coffee is very unique and funky and comes to us from a farm cooperative in Gia Lai, Vietnam. To be classified as "Fine" Robusta, the coffee must meet the taste and quality standards as defined by the international coffee associations, such as Specialty Coffee Association and Coffee Quality Institute. 

The coffee cherries were picked at 100% ripeness and the farm cooperative used an Anaerobic natural fermentation process to create ripe fruit flavor notes, tropical funkiness, and winey texture and mouthfeel.
